Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from Pebble Beach On-Line or our Pebble Beach Shops can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the original purchase date. If you think a purchase may be defective, please contact us immediately. All returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Please use your preferred delivery service for the return. Be sure to keep the tracking number for the return in case an incident arises.

To return or exchange an item, follow the steps below or contact [email protected].

  • Pack the item securely. Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip for on-line orders or a copy of the Purchase Receipt for shop purchases.
  • Include a contact name, phone number and reason for returning or exchanging the item.
  • Please ship the item to the following address:

  • It is optional to fill out the form above for returns or exchanges.
  • You do not need prior authorization to send back an item for return or exchange.
  • Credit for returns will be refunded to the payment method used for the original purchase; please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to show on your credit card statement. Credits cannot be made unless a receipt is included.
  • There is an $8.95 re-shipping charge for exchanged items (including gift items) within the USA. International exchange re-shipping charges are calculated on an individual basis. Please contact [email protected] to request a shipping quote. No checks are accepted for the reshipment of purchases. Re-shipping fees must be charged to your credit card. Please do not send cash. We will contact you via your phone to obtain the credit card information once we receive your returned item. The re-shipping charge will be waived only if there was an error on our part or the item was defective.
  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit or exchange item to be returned to you once our return department has received it. In the case of a cash refund, the transaction will be completed at the shop level and processed through our accounting department for a check to be issued and mailed.
