What are the Terms and Conditions for Free Gift With Purchase over $150.00 Promotion?

This promotion offers a Free Gift With Purchase on all orders with a subtotal above $150.00 after any discounts have been applied. Not Valid with purchases of Gift Cards. Available online only from 10/8/2024-10/31/2024, or while supplies last. Pebble Beach reserves the right to substitute new Gift With Purchase if supplies run out. Why am I not getting free shipping for an order over $200.00?

Free ground shipping is available for domestic merchandise orders with the subtotal over $200.00 after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Gift Cards, Pebble Beach Artwork, PB Rx, Historic Golf Collectables, International Orders, and shipments to Hawaii do not qualify for free ground shipping. Can I use a Pebble Beach gift card for golf?

Pebble Beach gift cards can be applied towards golf greens fees. The purchase of a gift card does not guarantee a tee time for the recipient. Our standard golf guidelines are applicable when reserving a tee time. Please see our golf booking guidelines for further details.


What can a Pebble Beach gift card really be used for?

Pebble Beach gift cards can be used for all amenities at The Pebble Beach Resort, including lodging, green fees, restaurants, retail shops and the world-famous Spa at Pebble Beach.


I purchased an item that does not fit how do I return or exchange the item?

We understand that this happens from time to time and we want to ensure your happiness with the items that you purchased. Pebble Beach offers a 90 day return/exchange policy for any reason. Please follow this link for further instructions.


I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Card, how does that work?

Orders with gift cards as payment will be refunded back to the original gift card that was used.


I misplaced my gift card what can I do?

Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Provide as much information about the gift card purchase to initiate the process of a replacement card with the remaining balance.


How do I find my gift card balance?

Please contact our customer service department for your gift card balance.


Do you offer international shipping?

Orders shipping to Australia, Canada and the UK can be processed directly through our website. We also offer international shipping to most other countries. Please contact our customer service team for information about placing an international order.


I did not get a confirmation email or tracking number

Please email or call our customer service team and we will resend your order confirmation and/or tracking number. In addition, please check your junk mail folder. Automated emails often get diverted by your email program.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Pebble Beach Company Gift Cards and PayPal as forms of payment.


When placing an order, I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

Please double check the credit card number, expiration date on your card, security code, name as shown on card and billing address (specifically the zip code). If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, make sure to click the “Submit” button after entering your billing address and before entering your credit card number.


I have multiple charges on my credit card.

"Pending" transactions on your bank accounts are called "holds". When a debit or credit card number is submitted it is transmitted as an electronic inquiry to determine if funds are available to cover the potential transaction. Your bank automatically places a hold on the amount until the transaction clears, settles or cancels. If your order did not go through due to error at checkout it will automatically be cancelled. The hold will drop off in 1-5 business days, depending on your issuing bank's policy. Multiple "holds" happen when the "Place Order" button was pressed more than once at checkout.


The items in my package do not match my receipt.

We are very sorry for this mistake and inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team so that we can fix our mistake right away.


Why doesn’t the New Subscriber Discount Code work?

The New Subscriber Discount Code is a one-time use coupon, provided at different times during the year. You must be signed into your account to use the code. Gift Cards, Pebble Beach Artwork, PB Rx, Historic Golf Collectables, and items already on sale are not eligible for the discount.


Are there any benefits to having an account with you?

With your Pebble Beach online shop account, you will have access to the following information:

  • Your gift card balances

I am looking for an item that I bought at your resort, but I do not see it on the website, what can I do?

Unfortunately, our online shop is not able to carry all the items that are offered in our 14 stores across the resort. Please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to help you find the item.
