Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from Pebble Beach Shops, or the Online Shop may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us immediately if you believe your purchase is defective or incorrect. You do not need prior authorization to send back an item for return or exchange.

To return or exchange an item, follow the steps below or contact customerservice@pebblebeach.com for assistance.

Step 1: Prepare your Return/Exchange Item by packing the item securely

Step 2: Enclose the Return/Exchange Item with the following:

1. Item Receipt

Shop Purchases: The Pebble Beach Company Shop Receipt
Online Purchases: The Pebble Beach Company Packing Slip

2. The Name and Phone Number of the person who will be facilitating the Return/Exchange

3. The Reason for the Return/Exchange

Step 3: Seal up your package and ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the Return/Exchange item. Please be sure to keep the tracking number provided.

Step 4: Pebble Beach Company will receive and will begin the Return/Refund or Exchange process

Returns/Refunds:

  • Credit for returns will be refunded to the payment method used for the original purchase
  • Credits cannot be made unless a receipt is included
  • Allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to show on card statements

Note: Cash refunds will receive a check which we will mail to you. This process can take up to 3-4 weeks.

Exchanges:

  • Reshipping fee $9.95 for exchanged items (including gift items) within the USA. Please contact us for a reshipping quote for International shipping
  • You will be contacted by to provide card information once we have received your exchange item. Cash and checks will not be accepted for the reshipment of purchases.
  • You should receive your exchange item within 7 to 10 business days of our receipt of your package.

If the item was found to be defective or if there was an error on our part, we will waive the reshipping fees.
